Fridays Give-Aways!
I'm heading to Princeton, West Virginia today to speak at Fairview Christian Community Church's women's conference tonight and tomorrow, and I can't wait. They raise all of the money for this event so they can offer free admission to 300+ women. I'd love to meet you there if you are in that area. I cannot wait to see the leaves changing and spend the day driving through the blue ridge mountains with my sweet friend and assistant Leah.

Also, I wanted to let you know the winner of last week's Friday give-away is LeeBird. And today we've got a few more great give-aways!

Hi Renee,
I'll be praying for you and Leah as you travel through the mountains! And also for all of you as God speaks at the conference!

No, traveling for us this weekend, but it will be busy. We're having a birthday party for Jed on Sunday - can't believe he's one already! (Which means a year ago you were getting little Aster - wow!!) With 40+ relatives planning to be here Sunday, Saturday's plans are pretty much prep work! Perhaps I should read Karen's book quickly!! On that note I appreciate your recent posts on clutter - hope to conquer a few of those areas soon!

Hope you have a wonderful time in WV!! Wish I could fill one of the available chairs!

Blessings to you,

Tell Leah hi!

Well, it's so hard to choose...but I would love to have the Shaped with Purpose workbook (althought I don't have the CD yet!) It sounds really awful to say, but I've been trying to do a Bible study but have been struggling a bit to work through it because one of the first few questions was "What are the desires of my heart? What are my dreams?" The fact that I'm having such trouble answering those questions really bothers me and I've had trouble moving on with the rest of the study. I'm stuck. I have 5 children (age 7 and under) and my current ministry is bringing up my children in the Lord and being a helpful wife and trying to keep our home. (Thanks for the inspiration on de-cluttering!) Anyway, I do have dreams somewhere in my heart that involve serving others and doing the Lord's work "outside" of our home but I'm not sure what those dreams are, to be exact. If I don't win, I may need to get the workbook anyway...I think I could use some direction and encouragement in this area:) I always enjoy your blog! Thanks so much for what you do!

I would like "A Walk to Remember" DVD set to share with my small group. They didn't get to come to a women's conference when you spoke at my church. I would like to share the great teaching that I know will be on the DVD. Thank you for the opportunity.

I would like God's Purpose for Every Woman....I recently got married, very excited about that, but I'm struggling a bit with how to be a newlywed, without losing my independence and identity that I had for so long. I'm sure this book of devotions would help me find clarity as a newlywed and as a woman! Thanks for all you do!

Hi Renee
We are celebrating Thanksgiving in Canada this weekend, so looking forward to spending time with family and friends.
Thanks so much for the opportunity to win one of your resources. I would love "Beyond the Shadow of Doubt" DVD, as I really wish to be 'the woman, wife, mom, friend and leader God created me to be."
Blessings as you travel and speak.

Hope you have a safe trip to what should be a very colorful visit to the great state of West Virginia.
I would like your DVD Unwrapping His Christmas Presence -DVD. I don't think we can ever learn enough about Jesus birth.

Thanks to you I tackled the mess under my bathroom sink this afternoon -- yay! I still need to buy a few more containers to collect all the odd bottles. But I'm so happy to have what some organization "down under." Even when things are out of sight, they are not out of mind. A good metaphor for our lives.

I'd love a copy of "Mining for Gold." I'd love to focus on the gold within her heart and make it shine.

Thanks for all your sharing!

Thank you spreading the word about these great Proverbs 31 giveaways.

I would love to have a copy of either the Mining for Gold in the Heart of Your Child character chart or CD. I've got that on my list of "things to get" when I can! It looks like a fantastic resource, and as a new momma, I'm all about getting my hands on any great, godly parenting resource.

Thank you again for this opportunity!

Thanks for this - I hadn't realised there were so many resources! I would really love to have the 'shaped with purpose' workbook. I'd use it with a group of gals who meet at my house once a month for breakfast and sharing what it means to be sisgters of Christ.

Hi Renee. I just love your Friday give aways. I would love your dvd Beyond the Shadow of Doubt. It's been a really rough road the past few years, on so many levels, and as I lean into God I still struggle with doubt. I've come a long way, but it's always good to hear a fresh perspective on God's word. And I feel sure you have some words of wisdom I could learn from.

Hope you had safe travels this past weekend. I was out of town as well, but loved seeing I could still enter your give away.

Be blessed,

I was looking at the resources and your Beyond the Shadow of Doubt dvd really hits home with me...
This has always been a tough area for me and that I struggle with and would like to get past..
Satan definetly uses it at those low times.
I know that it would def be a help and encouragement as I want to be the wife, mom, daughter and friend that God wants me to be.

Thankyou for sharing your heart and all that God is doing in your life.
You are such an encouragement to me.

Good luck this afternoon Renee! Will be thinking of you.
I would definitely love to have your Mining for Gold in the Heart of your Child audio CD. Lately I feel like I'm always nagging my kids and picking at their shortcomings rather than building them up and encouraging them. I could use some help!!

Praying for you today! I took a peek at your resource page and would love to have the Shaped with Purpose Workbook! I know we are all shaped with a purpose by Him and would love an in depth study to know more about what that purpose is for me!

Hi Renee,

I would choose the one that is Shaped with a purpose, but can't decide if I would want the cd or the workbook. I do much better having a workbook for quiet time so that would be good too. Anyway, I LOVE what you said about you teach in this and there are so many times I just wonder why I am me. And I so struggle with not likeing me, and I thought well, knowing more about God's purpose for me might make me see me like HE does and not how I do, or how I have been told I am for so many years from a little girl on up. I think this is a neat thing you are doing and I pray I win, but even if I don't it is amazing someone will be blessed with resources to grow in God! :)

I attended the Ladies Conference at Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton, WV, that you spoke at on Oct. 8th & 9th. You truly have a gift of expressing God’s word so it can fill and uplifted the soul though God’s words. May God bless you in all your works for his glory. I would love to explore what my purpose is through your Shaped with Purpose Workbook. Thank you for coming to Princeton, WV, I will never forget you. Our God is good all the time and all the time our God is good.

Thank you for extending the giveaway! I'd like to win the "Mining for Gold in the Heart of Your Child" chart.

I'd like to have this as a learning and devotional tool for my daughter and I to use together. Although I love our church, the children's ministry is a bit "in transition", so most of her learning and devotional time is what we do at home together.

I've been looking for resources that she and I can use together, so that we can both learn and grow closer to God.

Thanks for the opportunity to win!! :)

Hi Renee,
I would really like somthing that might help me with the young girls that I mentor at church (teenage) and the ones I teach at school (junior high). I would be up for you picking the resource you recommend or I would enjoy your shaped with purpose dvd.
Thank you for your blog it is an encouragement to me.

I would love to have a copy of the Shaped With a Purpose Workbook. I am one of those people who doesn't have a "talent" - can't draw, am not crafty, can't sing or play music (though I love to try). I would love a workbook that would help me figure out God's plan for me.

Thanks for all your sharing - I am also trying to tackle the clutter in my home, though with 4 kids running around it is difficult so I know how you feel with the addition of your little one.
